We want you to be super stoked on your Sleep Snowboard! If, however, you are unhappy with your Sleep Snowboard, a return or exchange is possible!

Please email us first to initiate a return: info@sleepsnowboards.com. We will send return and shipping instructions via email. 

RETURN POLICY

• You must email us first to initiate a return at info@sleepsnowboards.com
• All orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
• Any snowboards must be returned completely still in its original packaging and shrink wrap plastic with no damage / wear occurring.
• Snowboard bindings cannot have been mounted on any returned snowboards.
• For any apparel or accessories, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with any tags still on. 
• Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• There are no exchanges of product. Products received as prizes are not exchangeable.
• If your return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
• NO RETURNS will be accepted without initiating the return through email first.
• Any product that is returned, and doesn’t fit these standards, will not be accepted and you will not be refunded. You will be responsible for return shipping.
