When will I receive my order?
For USA shipping, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before being shipped to you!
For international shipping, please allow 5 - 10 business days for your order to be processed & packaged before being shipped to you!
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive shipping details via email. Keep an eye on your inbox!
How do I place a return?
If you need to return an item, please email us at info@sleepsnowboards.com to get your return started.
Unused & unopened items can be returned within 30 days of the order.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or modified as we aim to ship your order quickly.
If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible & we will do our best to help you.
Where can I find my customer account?
After an order is placed, you will get an email where you can create a customer account or you can head to our site and click on the person icon top at the very right of the page!

What can I do if a product is out of stock?

Can Sleep sponsor me?
If you feel that you are at a competitive level with your skills in snowboarding and are curious about sponsorships, please email us with clips, videos or links to your social channels that show us why you would be a good addition to the dream team.
Please remember however, that even if your skills are awesome and your personality is the best, we have to have a spot open as well.
Warranty
Below are some common questions about our warranty program
What is your Snowboard Warranty?
Every Sleep Snowboard is guaranteed against manufacturer defects for up to one (1) year from the original purchase date from the original purchaser.
However, contact with things other than snow (such as rails, rocks, the elements, leaving it outside, etc.) will void the warranty, as these things will likely damage your board and are not covered by the Manufacturer's Defect Guarantee. Impact related issues, damage caused by the use of solvents or thread locking adhesives, as well as minor or cosmetic cracks or chips in the top sheet, will not be refunded or replaced and do not fall under the manufacturer's defect guarantee.

How do I file a warranty claim?

After reading the warranty policy, if you believe your snowboard has a manufacturer's defect, please email info@sleepsnowboards.com with pictures and information to initiate the potential warranty process.
