Warranty

Thanks for your Sleep Snowboards purchase! Sleep Snowboards warranties are reserved for the original purchaser only. Make sure to keep a copy of your original purchase receipt, in the unlikely event that you need warranty replacement or repair.

Every Sleep Snowboard is guaranteed against manufacturer defects for up to one (1) year from the original purchase date from the original purchaser. Snowboards will be repaired or replaced if they are found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

In the event an exact product replacement (model, size, and/or color) is no longer available, we will replace your product with one of comparable performance, size, and value.

Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, theft or damage caused by anything other than defect in materials and workmanship are not covered by the warranty policy.

Products exposed to the elements and are used frequently can show wear and tear faster than those used less frequently.

Contact with things other than snow (rails, rocks, leaving it outside, etc) will not be covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Impact related issues, damage caused by use of solvents or thread locking adhesives, or minor or cosmetic cracks or chips in the top sheet will not be refunded or replaced.
